The Child Engagement Specialist is responsible for monitoring the development, skills, and safety of children and mothers in the program in accordance with DMHA, Department of Child Services, and VOA policies and procedures.

Applicants must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s in the Social Services field is preferred. Education or experience working in human services preferred. Good record-keeping, math, computer and leadership skills are essential.
